By signing the contract, you confirm your agreement with the prices and terms from the official price list. The vehicle is taken in technically sound condition, with all associated equipment and documentation, and any malfunctions must be reported immediately. The vehicle must be returned within the agreed timeframe.

In case of delay or unauthorized use, we reserve the right to demand immediate return of the vehicle and charge costs according to the current price list, including traffic fines, legal fees, and claims.

Note: In case of GPS signal loss, we reserve the right to file a criminal complaint and initiate a vehicle recovery procedure.

The vehicle is for personal use only. It may not be given to third parties, rented, used for driver training, taxi services, towing, or racing.
The right to operate the vehicle belongs to the user or an additional driver listed in the contract, who must be over 23/25 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
The vehicle may not leave Serbia or be modified (parts/equipment) without prior consent from the lessor.

Otherwise, the user bears all consequences and damage arising from such actions.

Minimum 20 years of age and a driver’s license held for at least 1 year.
For categories C, D, E, F – minimum 21 years of age and 1 year of driving experience.

Extension is possible with prior approval, no later than 48h before the end of the contract.

In case of overrun without approval, a criminal complaint and legal proceedings will be initiated.

Without a police report – the insurance is not valid.
In case of theft – the user participates with 20% of the market value.
For damage with an unknown perpetrator or when the vehicle was parked – the user bears the cost with a police report.
For driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or gross negligence – the user bears full responsibility.
Casco insurance does not cover interior damage, additional equipment, or the oil pan.

In case of an accident, it is mandatory to:

Call the police and wait for investigation.
Do not leave the scene until the vehicle is secured.
Record details of participants and witnesses.
Submit a written report to the lessor.

Otherwise, the user bears all costs arising from failure to follow procedures.

In case of dispute, the competent court is in Šabac.

The vehicle can be picked up at the airport. Airport pick-up is free of charge.

Yes, traveling abroad with the vehicle is possible with an additional fee.

Fuel is not included in the rental price and is the renter's responsibility. Each vehicle is rented with a full tank.

Unlimited mileage is included in the price.

A deposit is required when renting a vehicle. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle type.
